coffee linked to cancer

Your life is at high risk if you don’t avoid these 5 foods

What is a Carcinogen? Foods that are regularly consumed significantly increase your chances of getting some cancer. Let’s say +20 percent. That doesn’t sound good, does it? At present, these things have been credibly proven by science to be better not to overdo their consumption.

The carcinogenicity of a food is indicated by researchers on an international scale. Group 1 includes what we know for sure, such as smoking, smog, the HPV virus, asbestos, not the cold cuts, and alcohol, but more on that a little later.

Group 2 actually consists of two parts. 2A stands for “possibly carcinogenic” substances: there is evidence, but more work is needed to understand exactly how and how carcinogenic a particular thing is. Group 2B is the “suspected carcinogen” that gets here is suspicious, but has not yet been sufficiently investigated.

All processed meats

Salami, ham, bacon, sausages – always at home. It’s okay, but it’s worth knowing that you shouldn’t overdo your consumption. Based on data from 10 studies, it appears that 56 grams of processed meat product per day already increases the risk of bowel cancer by 18 percent. Half a pound a day, quite a lot of ham, but this amount also includes any meat that has been preserved by smoking, marinating or salting, or a preservative has been added, i.e. virli, sausage, and a lot of semi-finished food as well. And regular consumption has a measurable effect even in smaller quantities.

Hot drinks consumed above 70 degrees

There has also been ample evidence that it is not good to sip tea and coffee on a hot fire. Esophageal cancer is the fifth most common type of tumor worldwide. Smoking and alcohol increase your chances of being observed in developed countries. But in countries (such as India, China, or Turkey, and many South American countries) where they often drink hot tea, coffee linked to cancer, or maté, the incidence of esophageal cancer is much higher than statistically expected. A hot drink above 70 degrees is classified as a type 2A, “likely carcinogenic” thing.

Drink more than 3.5 glasses a day

No glass of wine will make anyone sick, but more booze already works differently. Already two drinks a day have measurable effects, but the real brutal comes over 3.5 glasses: three times the chance of oral and laryngeal cancer, and one and a half times the incidence of bowel cancer. Another reason why we should restrain ourselves. Alcohol is also in Group 1 according to the international classification.

Sugar carbonated soft drinks

We’ve known for a long time that it’s not good but that’s a pretty scary figure. According to a Swedish study, men who consume at least one can of carbonated, sugary soft drinks a day are 40 percent more likely to develop prostate cancer, and the chances are even gloomier over the age of 45. Further studies are needed here.

Red meats

The relationship between high amounts of red meat consumption and the development of bowel cancer is an issue that evidence suggests, but scientists say more research is needed to gain an accurate understanding of the process. It is currently classified in Group 2, also in Subgroup 2A, which is of significance: likely to be red meat carcinogens.

For the time being, it seems certain that when red meat enters the intestine during the digestive process, nitrosamines are formed, compounds that damage the protection of the intestinal wall, thereby promoting the development of cancers. These compounds can also be formed in meat during cooking or in red meat in the strongly acidic medium of the stomach.

So, what should we do?

Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids and other essential fatty acids should be preferred. Many vegetables and fruits are worth consuming (many are attributed to anti-cancer, but at least good antioxidant effect). Regular exercise is almost essential because the tumor is unable to grow in a well-oxygenated environment. Blood sugar levels should be kept normal. Also, you should definitely avoid fast food and “eat as much as you can fit” type places because they are almost teeming with carcinogens.

Consuming foods rich in natural vitamin C is recommended because this vitamin prevents the conversion of nitrite to nitrosamine and helps strengthen the immune system.

Vitamin D has an excellent anti-cancer effect, so be sure to stay in the open air a lot so that your body gets enough sunlight while taking care of sunscreen from spring to autumn and avoiding the tanning bed because au only causes cancer). Always ensure that your body has an adequate supply of water, because this is the only way your body can effectively get rid of accumulated toxins.

Avoid smoking and alcohol / drug use, and refrain from various cosmetics and fragrances, as virtually all of them are full of potentially carcinogenic chemicals. Cancer prevention is a matter of life and the emphasis is on prevention itself, and according to the WHO, 70% of cancers could be prevented with simple lifestyle and dietary changes.
