Although we may not realize it, every day we do something or have a routine that may seem normal to us but in reality, the only thing we are achieving is damaging our body.
Many times we are not aware of how much bad habits influence our lives.

Skipping breakfast
You may have heard it more than once: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And so it is, if you do not eat breakfast for lack of time or for fear of gaining weight, you are making a serious mistake.
With this bad habit the only thing you will achieve is to gain weight since you will be hungrier during the rest of the day and you will choose the foods you want worse, giving more importance to those that are more fatty and rich in simple sugars.

Sedentary life
It is undoubtedly one of the main causes of mortality, morbidity, disability, and is the second most important risk factor for health behind smoking.

Stress and worries
Stress is a deadly enemy for the body. In situations of physical danger it is great to overcome it, but on a day-to-day basis, all we can do is consume the body’s resources without using them for anything that is useful to us.
We achieve all this because we tell our body that it is in danger in situations that, although they seem difficult, are not a danger to your survival.
With worries the same thing happens “pre-worrying”, that is, that you are dealing prematurely with things that you don’t touch right now, that haven’t even happened and, sometimes, that won’t happen.
Also, the more you worry about something for the longer your mind is with emotions of fear, anger or sadness instead of looking for solutions to solve the problem and let’s not forget that the cells that consume the most energy are the neurons.
The key is to increase your personal security and change guidelines in your thinking.

Fast food, snacks, and snacks, the deadly trio
It is one thing to drink a natural juice or a few nuts, but if we talk about other snacks such as potatoes, sweets or chocolates, it is clear that they are very harmful to our health.
Just as fast food is rich in fats but does not provide us with any nutrients.
Late dinner
Having dinner after hours will make it difficult for you to rest as it should, since your body will have to digest during the hours you are sleeping.
You will also accumulate more “hunger” and you will end up consuming many more calories than recommended that you will not burn. A present fact that you have to have at dinner time is that it should not suppose more than 20% of the energy of your daily diet.
Smoking and alcohol abuse
Alcohol is related to more than 200 diseases that mainly affect the brain and liver. Tobacco, on the other hand, is the leading cause of mortality and affects the vascular and cardiorespiratory system.
Both are powerful carcinogens and their consumption increases the risk of different types of cancer.
Force the view
With new technologies, new jobs and new forms of leisure appear that make us spend a lot of time in front of the computer. This has resulted in the appearance of computer visual syndrome (OVS).
This affects three out of four workers and is characterized by symptoms such as dry eyes, headache, eyestrain, or neck, back, or shoulder pain.
Try to avoid reflections, have good lighting, moisten your eyes, pause and even use artificial tears.
